Returns Policy:

If the item is faulty, then we can issue a replacement.

In any other situation, we will not be able to offer a replacement or return as these products need special treatment and due to hygiene issues we can not replace them.

Damaged Items.

If your order has arrived in damaged condition or is faulty, contact us immediately via Phone or Whatsapp on 0300-0500345

Items not eligible for return

Due to health concerns, we can not accept returns for health & beauty products, including False Eyelashes that has been used, unless faulty. We can not accept returns for products that have their packaging removed. 

Items bought on “Sale.”

You can not return items that are on regular/seasonal “sale.”

Any items bought on “clearance sale” are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged or faulty.

Refund Options:

You can have your money back in your bank account, or we can issue store vouchers which you can use for later purchases.
